Personally, I know I need more sleep than recommended here, I’m not really sure “Drinking Some Juice (Instead of Soda)” is really that big a difference thanks to all the sugar and “Working from Home (When Sick)” is almost irresponsible advice, but as Riana who sent this points out, if you look at it from a harm reduction standpoint it is better than the alternative.
